Prepared from whole leaves and buds, our Ceylon Black Tea has a distinct flavor and aroma profile that is reminiscent of citrus with a faint trace of caramel. As you have a cup of this traditional black tea, you'll be taken back in time to the colonial era, when Ceylon, the name of Sri Lanka, was the epicenter of tea-producing excellence.

Brewing instructions:
Hot: Add 1 tsp of Ceylon black tea to 8 oz. of water and use freshly boiled water for steeping. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes at 194-208°F water temperature.
Cold: Use 2 tsp of tea for approx. 8 oz. of fresh water and refrigerate the mix for 18-24 hours or overnight in a closed container.
